If a reservation is canceled due to personal reasons, cancellation fees will apply as outlined below.

In the event of a typhoon or severe weather, no cancellation fee will be charged if the airline officially cancels the flight.
However, if the customer cancels the reservation before an official flight cancellation is announced, the standard cancellation policy will apply.

During Golden Week, Year-end/New Year holidays, and Obon season, special cancellation policies may apply. Please refer to the product details page for more information.

Cancellation Policy

• 7 days or more before rental date: No charge

• 6–3 days before rental date: 20% of total rental fee

• 2 days before to the day before: 30% of total rental fee

• Same-day cancellation: 100% of total rental fee

※ Free cancellation within 1 hour after booking.

Our store is conveniently located about 10 minutes by car from Miyako Airport, providing excellent access and allowing for a smooth rental process from the time you arrive at the airport to the pickup of your rental car.

Travel time is approximate and may vary depending on traffic and operating conditions on the day.

At the time of check-in at our store, we will verify and make a copy of the driver’s license,
and provide an explanation of the rental car as well as information on insurance and coverage options.

If we are unable to verify your driver’s license on the day of rental, we will not be able to provide the vehicle. In such cases, 100% of the rental fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Please return the vehicle to the designated location by the end of your rental period.

〈Fuel〉
Before returning the vehicle, please refill the fuel tank at a gas station near the return store.
If the wrong type of fuel is used, all repair costs will be borne by the customer.

〈If you wish to extend your rental〉
If you are unable to return the vehicle by the contracted time, please be sure to contact the departure store in advance.
Extensions may not be available depending on the reservation status.

If the rental is extended without prior notice, a prescribed penalty fee will be charged.
Unauthorized extension of the rental period will be considered a breach of the rental agreement, and the customer will be responsible for all damages resulting from such violation.

If an accident occurs while using a rental vehicle rented from our company and damage is caused to our company or to a third party, the customer will be responsible for compensating for such damage.

To help cover liability arising from an accident, we provide the following insurance and compensation coverage. However, any amount exceeding the deductible or the maximum limit of the insurance/compensation coverage will be borne by the customer.

Insurance & Coverage Details

• Bodily Injury Liability: Unlimited
• Property Damage Liability: Unlimited (Deductible: ¥0)
• Vehicle Insurance: Deductible of ¥50,000 per accident
• Non-Operation Charge (NOC)
  • If the vehicle can still be driven: ¥50,000
  • If the vehicle cannot be driven: ¥100,000

Please note that the above insurance and compensation coverage will not apply in cases such as violations of our rental terms and conditions, situations excluded under the insurance policy, or if an official police accident report cannot be obtained.

About the Deductible Waiver

By enrolling in this coverage, the vehicle insurance deductible normally payable by the customer in the event of an accident will be waived.

• This option can only be added at the time of departure.
• It cannot be added or canceled after the rental has started.
• Full Coverage Plan Fee: ¥1,100 per day (tax included)

NOC (Non-Operation Charge) is a compensation fee for business loss and is payable by the customer.
In the event of an accident, theft, breakdown, staining, or other trouble involving the rented vehicle, the following amount will be charged as part of the compensation for the period during which the vehicle is unavailable due to repairs or cleaning, regardless of the extent of damage, the repair/cleaning period, or whether the customer has enrolled in the deductible waiver coverage.

NOC (Non-Operation Charge)

• If the rental car is returned to the scheduled store: ¥50,000
  (when the vehicle can still be driven)
• If the rental car is not returned to the scheduled store: ¥100,000
  (when the vehicle cannot be driven)

If an accident occurs, the rental agreement will be terminated at that time. Please note that rental fees already paid, coupons, or other charges cannot be refunded.

Even if the vehicle is returned by driving it back, a charge of ¥100,000 may still apply in the case of a serious accident.

During busy seasons, pickup times may overlap with other customers, or the meeting point / shuttle method may need to be adjusted depending on traffic conditions.
